Refund / Exchange
If you are unhappy with a product, you may return the undamaged, unused product within thirty days and receive a full refund or exchange it for another item with an equal or less value. Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we are at fault. Exceptions: State filing fees and bonds are nonrefundable once filed with the county or the state. Prorated refunds will issued on error and omission insurance policies for the remaining coverage period.
If the American Association of Notaries, Inc. receives an incomplete notary application form or you do not provide us with your notary commission certificate when ordering notary supplies, we will send you notifications via email and/or USPS mail requesting the necessary information. If we cannot process your notary supplies order or application within one-year due to lack of information from you, we are no longer obligated to fulfill your order and you will not be refunded.
Processing Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are processed after receiving your items. Refunds for memberships’ dues, bonds and errors and omission insurance must be requested in writing via email before a refund is issued. Please email us at email@example.com. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving your returned items or request.
We guarantee your satisfaction. AAN offers a lifetime warranty for all notary stamps, notary seals, and notary supplies given normal usage and proper care and re-inking. Lifetime warranty means that the product will work as designed for the entire term of the notary’s commission. If you request a replacement, we may ask you to return the item to us and pay the shipping charges on the replacement product.
If you receive a product that is damaged or not designed to your specifications, please call or email us and we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost using the same shipping method you selected.
All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping.
AAN will promptly provide a replacement for any undelivered order using the same shipping method you selected.
If you find the same product cheaper somewhere else, we will match the price.
