Our Traditional Notary Services Include:

Acknowledgments: Verifying the identity of the signer and that they personally appeared before the notary and acknowledged signing the document.

Oaths and Affirmations: Administering and witnessing the taking of an oath (solemnly swearing) or affirmation (solemnly declaring) that a statement is true.

Jurat: Certifying that the signer appeared before the notary, signed the document in the notary's presence, and took an oath or affirmation as to the truthfulness of its contents.

Proof of Written Instrument: For certain documents, a witness can appear before the notary to prove the execution of the document by the signer.

Attesting to Photocopies: Certifying that a photocopy is a true and accurate reproduction of the original document (permissible under Texas notary law).
