Ordering notary supplies & packages

  • We have carefully selected our products to make your Texas notary public duties simple, efficient and worry-free. All products are manufactured in-house, approved by Texas notary law, and come with a lifetime replacement guarantee.

  • Please submit your Texas notary application with original signatures only (no copied signatures will be accepted). Use black ink.

  • To order notary supplies only by mail, use the order form listed below. Most supply orders placed online before noon CST (except for weekends and holidays) will be shipped by UPS the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. (see shipping instructions).

  • Use a work street address for faster delivery service by UPS. UPS tracking information for residential shipment is not guaranteed.

  • Mail your completed notary application, supply order form and payment to:

  • American Association of Notaries will file your Texas notary public application with the Secretary of State’s Office. Allow 10-14 working days to receive your Texas notary commission and supplies. This application process may take longer, depending on the turn-around time at the Office of the Secretary of State.

  • IMPORTANT: The Secretary of State does not have an online system for accepting applications completed and submitted online. Only MAILED applications with original signatures are currently accepted (DO NOT FAX). Your notary application also contains your personal information (S.S. #, D.L., DOB and address). If security is an issue do not store it or save it online.
